It is controlled through Bluetooth and can be synced to any Smartphone device (Android or Apple) or the optional Elecbrakes Remote Control. Elecbrakes EB2 is normally powered via the tail lights, however, a second preferred Auxillary Power Input from the battery is also provided if the user has a prime towing vehicle. The system has been designed to continue operating even if the Bluetooth signal is interrupted or lost. In these situations, it is recommended to select Programme 5 and set the minimum level to 50-60% this will activate the brakes when the brake pedal is applied in the tow vehicle.
